Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the dark rum, Cherry Heering, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.

  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
