- Add the lime juice, mezcal, Cherry Heering and tequila blanco to a shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Fold a lime slice around a maraschino cherry, thread it onto a cocktail stick and lay it across the glass as a sail.
