Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add lemon juice, celery saccharum, gin and Americano Bianco to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a piece of orange zest over the drink and discard it, then garnish with the tip of a flowering celery stalk.
