Shaken tequila blanco with lemon, almond-sweet orgeat and cassis, pulled bitter and herbal by Cynar and absinthe. A pepper tincture adds a dry heat at the finish.

For Cassis Party #2, the creator wanted a distinctive take on a tequila drink and combined cassis with cynar.
