Instructions

  1. Put the coupe in the freezer or fill it with ice to chill it.
  2. Pour the milk, cream, madeira, bourbon, Kahlúa and simple syrup into a shaker and add plenty of ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty and ice cold.
  4. Pour the drink through a fine mesh sieve into the chilled coupe.
  5. Crumble a Cadbury's Flake bar over the top.
