Instructions

  1. Slice the jalapeño and crush one slice in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the tequila blanco, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of jalapeño.
