Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice, then add the gin and Carpano Punt e Mes.
  2. Stir until the drink is well chilled and diluted.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and strain the drink into it.
  4. Squeeze the lemon peel over the surface to release its oils, rub it along the rim, then drop it into the drink.
