Ingredients: 1 dash Almond Syrup; 1 dash Thai Bitters; 23 ml Cumin Syrup; 30 ml Rhum Agricole; 30 ml Lime Juice; 1 dash Orange Flower Water; 30 ml White Rum

Two rums, white rum and rhum agricole, are shaken with lime juice and cumin syrup, with dashes of orange flower water, almond syrup and Thai bitters. Tart and earthy, with a floral, nutty edge.
