Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add simple syrup, Canadian blended whisky and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Give it one short stir.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, like a sail.
