Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add scotch, apricot brandy, triple sec, pineapple juice, honey syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Set a pineapple wedge on the rim.
