A stirred, bittersweet mix of rye whiskey and gin with Amaro Lucano and Byrrh, finished with a lemon twist. Created by Craig Eliason in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2020.

Craig Eliason created the Cantilever in 2020 as the featured drink for the Society of Architectural Historians' 80th-anniversary celebration. It builds on Chris Elford's Sharpie Mustache, pairing rye with gin, an amaro and an aperitif.
