Stir Gin, Dry Vermouth, Herbal Liqueur (Kapriol Liqueur), Herbal Liqueur, Jeppson'S Malort Jeppson'S Malort with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

At Kapriol, they had a "Negroni Bianco" but lacked the bitter element essential to a classic Negroni. To balance this and maintain a clean taste, I incorporated Jeppson's Malort for its robust bitterness and lingering finish. Kapriol was conceived as a "distillato del bosco," or forest distillate, drawing inspiration from the Cansiglio Forest where the juniper berries that give it its distinctive flavor are harvested.
