Instructions

  1. Rub a piece of grapefruit peel around the inside of a chilled coupe glass, then use it to coat the rim before putting the peel back in the glass and freezing it again.
  2. Combine all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain directly into the prepared cold glass.
