Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Add the Dark Rum, Peach Bitters, Dry Sherry, Simple Syrup and Verjuice to a shaker tin with ice.
  3. Throw the drink: pour it back and forth between two tins a few times, ice included.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
