0

Cucumber and fresh basil are muddled with gin and Aperol, then lifted with lemon and a little simple syrup. A fresh, herbal and bittersweet drink on the rocks, created by Gal Karni in 2013.

Gal Karni came up with the Caesarea Cocktail in 2013 at a barbecue held for Passover in the coastal city of Caesarea. It takes its inspiration from Jim Meehan's Archangel cocktail.
