A rum daiquiri with sweet, fruity bubblegum syrup, kept in check by lime juice and sharpened with Peychaud's bitters. The saline brings out the flavours and takes the edge off the sweetness.

- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add the gold rum, Licor 43, bubblegum syrup, lime juice, hot water, Peychaud's bitters and saline solution to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or a pack of bubble gum.
