Shake Speyside Scotch (Glen Moray Port Cask Finished), Meyer Lemon Juice, Ginger Liqueur, Egg White with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the port and the whipper ball in a shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously.
  3. Add ice to the mixture and shake until thoroughly cold.
  4. Place a big ice cube in a rocks glass and pour the port over it.
  5. Strain the shaken cocktail into the glass with the ice, then garnish with brandied cherries.
