Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, Cognac, Irish Whiskey and Bénédictine to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
