Shake Bourbon, Ginger Liqueur, Orange, Lime Juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass.

One day while experimenting behind the bar, curiosity got the better of me when I spotted some Domaine de Canton. I wanted a pink hue, so I mixed in pomegranate juice. Surprisingly, it tasted great even without it.

Instructions

  1. Place ice in a mixing tin.
  2. Squeeze a lemon, lime, and an orange wedge into the tin along with pomegranate juice; gently muddle.
  3. Include Domaine and bourbon, then shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a highball glass and finish by pouring in ginger ale.
