Bourbon, sweet vermouth and Averna, stirred and served in a rocks glass. Dark and bittersweet, with the roundness of the bourbon set against the herbal bitterness of the amaro; created by Jason Westplate in 2013.

Jason Westplate created the Boulevardon in 2013 as a gentler variation on the Boulevardier, using bourbon instead of rye together with Averna. Made with New Holland Beer Barrel Bourbon, it leans toward toasted grain and biscuit notes and comes out sweeter and warmer than the bitter original.
