Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Put the egg white, simple syrup, bourbon and Rainwater/Verdelho Med-Dry Madeira in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold and the egg white has frothed.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
