Instructions

  1. Whip the cream ahead of time and keep it cold in the fridge. If you have a spray bottle, fill it with the whipped cream.
  2. Warm the Baileys over low heat in a small pot. Take it off the heat just as it starts to simmer, before it reaches a boil.
  3. Pour the brandy into a heatproof glass.
  4. Stir in the hot Baileys.
  5. Top with the whipped cream, straight from the spray bottle if you have one.
  6. Grate a little lemon peel over the top.
