Instructions

  1. Whip 0.5 dl of cream beforehand and store it in the refrigerator until needed.
  2. For a decorative touch, transfer the whipped cream to a spray bottle.
  3. Warm egg liqueur gently in a small saucepan until it simmers without boiling.
  4. Measure cognac or rum into a heat-resistant glass.
  5. Stir in the warm egg liqueur.
  6. Finish by topping with whipped cream from your spray bottle if you have one.
  7. Optionally garnish with grated lemon zest or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
