Instructions

  1. Add 30 ml Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup, 59 ml Jamaican Rum, 30 ml Orange Juice, 59 ml Pineapple Juice, 30 ml Coconut Cream, and 30 ml Mango Puree to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
