A stirred scotch drink built on blended scotch, yellow Chartreuse and Bénédictine. Herbal and sweet, with absinthe, Peychaud's bitters and a lemon twist in support.

- Mix the cocktail directly in a double old fashioned glass at work.
- Add one big ice cube, then stir until well chilled and combined.
- Finish by sprinkling lemon oil over it from a peel.
- At home:
- Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass,
- Stir to blend,
- Strain into a fresh double old fashioned glass filled with new ice cubes,
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
