- Crush the blueberries with vodka in a mixing glass then strain them into a shaker without ice.
- Extract every last bit of juice from the fruit.
- Mix in lemon, honey syrup, liqueur, and egg white.
- Dry shake for about 20 seconds to froth up the egg white.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain over a coupe glass that’s been kept cold.
- Garnish as desired.
