- Whip the cream in a blender until soft and airy.
- Pour Licor 43 into the glass until it is about two-thirds full.
- Hold a bar spoon just above the liqueur and pour the blueberry soup over it so it settles as a separate layer.
- Spoon a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Serve immediately.
