Heat 1 1/2 cups blueberries, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan until boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Continue boiling for 10 minutes before taking off the heat.
Mash the blueberries and let it cool down.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a container.
Crush some mint leaves at the bottom of your glass.
