- Put a martini glass in the freezer until frosted.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix.
- Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
- Strain into the frosted glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry, if you like.
