Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the blue curaçao, white rum, simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
  5. To serve over cubed ice instead, use 1½ oz white rum, ¾ oz blue curaçao, ¾ oz lime juice and ½ oz simple syrup.
