Blue Angel

0

A creamy cognac sour: lemon and triple sec keep it bright, while cream softens the body. Crème de violette adds a faint floral note.

Playboy's Host & Bar Book printed the Blue Angel in 1971. It is a cream drink made with brandy, lemon juice and two liqueurs, blue Curaçao and Parfait Amour, all in equal parts.
