Instructions

  1. Put a Toschi cherry in a coupe.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the sweet vermouth, Cherry Heering, orange juice and Scotch.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the coupe, over the cherry.
  5. Squeeze a piece of orange zest over the drink to spray its oils on the surface, then discard the zest.
