Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Combine the White Rum, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Angostura Bitters in a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain over the ice in the glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
