Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Stir the Irish whiskey, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and Boker's Bitters with ice until well chilled.
  3. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  4. Dash the absinthe onto the surface of the drink.
  5. Draw a bar spoon once through the drink instead of stirring the absinthe in.
  6. Express a lemon zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
