Instructions

  1. Muddle the blackberries with the Simple Syrup in a shaker tin.
  2. Add the Bourbon, lemon juice and Angostura Bitters, then fill with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with fresh mint.
