Brew a cup of black tea and let it chill either at room temperature or in the fridge to speed up the process. Create honey syrup by blending equal parts hot water and honey until completely mixed. Next, pour bourbon, cooled black tea, and honey syrup into a cocktail shaker. Pack the shaker with ice cubes, then agitate vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds.
