Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour Byrrh Grand Quinquina, Triple Sec, Absinthe, Bob's Liquorice Bitters and Amer Picon into a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until the drink is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and discard it, then add a Black Jack chew.
