Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Put the truffle honey, dark rum, Bénédictine, gin and lime juice in a shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Express a grapefruit zest twist over the drink and discard it. Garnish with a slice of truffle and ginseng.
