- Chill a martini glass.
- Put the espresso coffee, spiced rum, sweet vermouth, coffee schnapps liqueur, crème brûlée syrup and caramel sugar syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until the shaker is cold.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a walnut on the rim.
