Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the cognac, lemon juice, egg white and Angostura bitters into a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain into the glass over the ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick.
