- Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe by spraying it in, and discard any excess.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur and The Bitter Truth Crème de Violette to a shaker with ice. Leave the Prosecco out.
- Shake until cold.
- Fine strain into the rinsed coupe.
- Top with about 9 cl of Prosecco.
- Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
