Instructions

  1. Pour the dark rum, pastis, pineapple juice, lime juice and gin into one half of a shaker set.
  2. Fit the other half on top and roll the drink back and forth between the two halves until it is well mixed.
  3. Pour into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of mint.
