Instructions

  1. Put the mint sprigs in a shaker and press them gently, just enough to release their aroma.
  2. Add the vodka, green Chartreuse, passion fruit syrup and apple juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the drink into it.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
