Instructions

  1. Stir the Cognac, banana tea, orange bitters and chocolate bitters with ice until cold.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Shake the cream in a sealed container, then trickle it gently over the curved side of a spoon so a small white spot floats in the middle of the drink.
  4. Dust the surface lightly with chocolate powder and set a chunk of banana on the rim.
