Instructions

  1. Pour the bourbon, crème de banane, simple syrup and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until the drink is well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Twist the orange peel above the glass so the oils mist onto the surface, then drop it in.
  5. Finish with a banana slice on the rim.
