Instructions

  1. Put the white rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a blender.
  2. Add one 6 oz scoop of crushed ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry and a mint sprig, and serve with straws.
