- Cut the top off a fresh pineapple and scoop out the flesh, keeping the shell.
- Put the pineapple flesh in a blender with the coconut cream, white rum, dark rum, grenadine and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the drink back into the hollowed-out pineapple.
- Garnish with pineapple.
