Instructions

  1. Soak a sugar cube in a bit of water at the bottom of a rocks glass, then crush it gently until dissolved.
  2. Drop in two lime wedges, followed by some ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the rum and bitters, then give everything a quick stir.
