Instructions

  1. Chill all the ingredients and the shot glass.
  2. Pour the Absinthe into the glass.
  3. Hold a bar spoon just above the Absinthe, with its back facing up. Pour the Baileys slowly over the spoon so it floats on top.
  4. Pour the Kahlúa over the spoon in the same way to make the final layer.
  5. Serve at once, while the layers are still separate.
