- Chill a martini glass.
- Add Cherry Heering, gin and lemon juice to a shaker with plenty of wet ice. If the ice is dry and frosty, add a small splash of water, about a quarter of a measure, to make up the dilution.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or a cherry.
