- Muddle raspberries and sugar in the shaker.
- Shake all ingredients except for the bitters without adding ice.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupé glass.
- Finish with a few drops of bitters as a garnish.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference by using more or less sugar.
